There is a lot to think about when it comes to your wedding so here at Candle Bark Weddings we like to try and make one part easy – your wedding stationery.

We have a huge range of predesigned options available to you which can be left as is or customised with your colours, fonts, papers etc. or we can design something completely different specifically to suit your wedding.

How much is Candle Bark Wedding Stationery?

Each item of Candle Bark Wedding Stationery is individually priced depending on item and quantity. You can find the pricing for each item if you choose your quantity on the product page. You can also find a quick guide below.

What design styles and colours are available?

Each item of stationery is available in a variety of styles and colours. You can shop by style and colour and specify your search by using the filter tools on the left hand side of the page. A list of styles and colours is shown below:

Styles: Classic, Modern, Vintage, Rustic, Floral, Photo.

Colours: Black, Pink, Navy, White, Purple, Grey, Blue, Yellow, Green, Orange, Brown, Gold.

What if my chosen item is not available in the colour I want?

The items are available in a selection of colours that we recommend, however you can choose from a large selection of colours by clicking the when ordering your item and choosing your colour from the palette that pops up. Send us your chosen colour by typing the colour name into the ‘Designer Request’ box on the last page of the stationery customisation process when ordering your stationery. A small one-off fee of $10 is charged to your order if you choose to customise the colour of your item.

How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?

Once you place your order, one of our design experts will put together your production proof and email it to you as a PDF within 3 business days. Once you send back written approval, production of your stationery will take up to 2 weeks to be completed and your order dispatched.

If you have ordered guest addresses or return addresses printed on your envelopes, your order will be dispatched in up to 3 weeks.

If you have ordered foiled, letterpress or embossed stationery, your order will be dispatched in up to 4 weeks.

Note that if you decide to request any changes to your production proof when you receive it, production may be delayed until we receive your final approval. Design changes can take up to an additional 3 business days to be made and charges may apply.

How much is shipping?

Free for all orders within Australia. We like to keep things simple here at Candle Bark Weddings so you will not be charged for shipping of your stationery order.

What wording can I choose from?

If you need some help with the wording of your wedding invitations we have just the thing! You can download our Candle Bark Wedding Wording Guide from our resources page. With suggestions for your invitation, and wishing well card wording as well as dress codes to choose from, this guide will help you start your stationery journey off on the right foot.

What else can I include with my stationery?

Anything! What do you need? In the past we have created items such as:

  • Maps
  • Table Seating Charts
  • Guest Books
  • Order of Service Booklets

We are able to create almost anything paper based for you – just let us know what you are looking for by emailing weddings@candlebark.com.au, and we will come up with a custom quote for you.

Can you send my invitations to my guests for me?

Yes! If you would like your invitations mailed to your guests, you will need to choose to have your Guest Addresses printed on the envelopes or labels attached to the envelopes. Postage is charged at Standard Australia Post rates.

Guest Addresses Printed are $1.50 each.

Guest Address Labels are $0.75 each.

We also offer Return Addresses for your envelopes so that any invitations that go astray can be returned to you.

Return Addresses Printed are $1 each.

Return Address Labels are $0.50 each.

What are your opening hours?

We are open Monday to Friday 9-5 however we are more than happy to make an appointment to see you in the evening or on a Saturday, please just contact us and ask.

Who makes my wedding stationery?

All of our stationery is designed and made personally by us in our studio in Alexandria, Australia. We are intimately involved in every part of the process, from creating the initial design concept to printing in-house to handcrafting the finished stationery and packing them up to send to you.
